Drum Set Drum Jam!

On Thursday, April 25th, from 7:30-10:00, A studio full of happy drummers jammed the evening away!

The plan was to gather together with drummers from all experience levels, with ages 12 and up in order to learn from each other and take in the experience of seasoned players like Dave Mihal and Neil Gray. It was an amazing night to remember as everyone had opportunities to hop on one the 6 drum sets in the room or just kick back and watch. We played with a click, with backing tracks as well engaged in some awesome conversation about finding ones own unique voice on the drums and remembering that wether you’re a newbie or a long time player, everyone is able to learn and take away something.

When the night ended around 9:00pm and most of the folks left, some of the die hard drummers didn’t want to leave! So, we stuck around and kept the party going. Its in all about the moments when out of the chaos of separate drum sounds, a unison idea forms and everyone runs with it. It becomes an infectious sound that you could stay in for hours. Its the VIBE MAN!!!
